Jillian Sargent is the director of Wild Life Fitness and co-director of Wild Life Camp.

Jillian graduated from the Georgian college Tourism Management program.  She is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, a Personal Trainer Specialist with CanFitPro, as well as a Fitness Kickboxing Specialist Instructor, & Master Trainer with Fitness Kickboxing Canada.  Jillian’s continuing education has also brought her through numerous fitness accreditation and training courses.

Jillian has been a successful competitive athlete in gymnastics, baseball, snowboarding, cheerleading, and long distance running.  As an amateur competitive, provincial champion kickboxer, Jillian studied with 23 time world champion Jean-Yves Theriault.

Jillian has motivated countless people of all levels to make fitness, health, and wellness an integral part of their daily lives.  She continues to empower athletes to take their abilities to the next level and beyond their own expectations.  She enjoys encouraging people of all ages and abilities to reach their full potential.

Chris Downie is a Wild Life Fitness instructor.

Chris has been involved with fitness and lifestyle changes from a young age, later working eight years at a local gym.  He is certified as a Personal Trainer through ISSA – International Sports Science Association.

Struggling with weight challenges at a young age he quickly became interested in transforming his life to better his future. He started working out and researching fitness and health regimes. He has since converted this passion for fitness and life style change into a career, training and assisting people looking for that positive change in their own lives.

Chris prides himself on sharing his knowledge and experience with others to assist them with achieving their health and fitness goals. He is continuously researching the most up to date training methods, bringing new knowledge to each session. Motivating his clients to achieve their personal best and maximum potential is the foundation to his training approach. His unique style keeps individuals excited and challenges them to improve their overall well being.

shawn hashiSensei Shawn H, Sandan is a Wild Life Fitness associate instructor.

He holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in the integrated arts of GRAJUKABO (Grappling, Jujutsu, Karate and Bo) and is a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Training Specialist, a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist, a Certified Body Pump / Pumped Up Instructor and is a Fitness Kickboxing Canada Certified Advanced Instructor.  Sensei also offers valuable training for Law & Security Professionals.
